Bulky & Oversized Items

Please note that some of our large products are classified as Bulky Goods. Due to their significant size and weight, these items incur a separate shipping surcharge, which is calculated at checkout. 

Remote Locations incur a small surcharge based on location and the volume weight of the box. Due to significantly high remote shipping costs, mainly through Australia Post, we only place a small surcharge, which can be calculated at the cart or checkout.

Important Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping: We're delighted to offer free shipping to most metro and nearby areas across Australia! For some remote locations (especially in QLD, WA, & NT), we only pass on the additional surcharge from the courier. You'll see any applicable charges clearly at checkout.

  • Check Your Address: Please take a moment to double-check your shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an error, a re-shipment fee will apply. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders lost due to an incorrect address.

  • Holiday Periods: Please note that from 23rd December to 2nd January, our team and courier partners take a short break. Dispatch and delivery times, including for express services, may be slightly delayed.

  • Pre-Orders: If your item is a pre-order, we’ll dispatch it starting on the date listed on the product page. After that, standard transit times apply.

For your peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection to safeguard parcels from:

        • Full Store Credit: Receive a gift card for the full amount to use on a future purchase. It never expires!

        • Refund: Get a refund back to your original payment method.

        • Condition: To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact, ready for their next home.

        • Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the cost of return shipping.

        • Restocking Fee: A small 15% restocking fee (min. $15) only applies if an item is returned used, opened, or is no longer in a resalable condition. Nearly 99% of our customers who return items in good condition never pay this, as we understand that minor cosmetic damage to the box during shipping is normal and does not affect your return eligibility
