Warranty Policy
The 1 Year Warranty Policy covers customers for:
- Covers against for any manufacturing defect
- Sudden failure to work in 1 Year of time
- 1 year warranty covers from the period of item delivered or picked up to next Year (365 days)
- For any faults you are eligible for repair, replacement or refund
The Warranty Does not cover for:
- If the item is exposed to water unless specified water resistant
- If the product is not used properly, rough use for the product are highly discouraged
- Does not cover accidental damage
How to claim Warranties?
Customer has to send photos/videos with the product by contacting support.
We can at our discretion ask the customer to return the item to us for inspection, if the item fails to comply our warranty policy, we have the right to deny the request and the customer has to pay for courier for shipping the item again.
PLEASE NOTE: NO BAD BEHAVIOUR, SWEARING, FOUL LANGUAGE WILL BE ALLOWED in front of any of our staff failing to do so, we will reject the warranty policy and ban the customer for purchasing again.
