Warranty Policy

6 Months Warranties are provided as per Australian Laws for every product by default

Standard Return Policy: All our products come with a standard 60-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, you can return the product within this period.

Add-On Warranty Coverage (For Eligible Products Only):

  • Manufacturing Defects: Protection against any manufacturing anomalies.

  • Sudden Malfunctions: If your eligible product stops working within the 1-year period, we're here to assist.

  • Duration: This warranty is valid for a full year (365 days) from the date of delivery or pickup.

  • Resolution: In case of a valid fault, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to our assessment.

What's Not Covered:

  • Water Damage: Products damaged due to water exposure are not covered unless specifically labeled as water-resistant.

  • Improper Use: Products damaged due to rough or improper use are excluded.

  • Accidental Damage: Accidents are not covered under this warranty.

How to Claim Your Warranty:

  1. Contact Support: If you believe your product has a fault covered by this warranty, please reach out to our support team with photos or videos of the issue.

  2. Inspection: We may request that you return the product for inspection. If the product doesn't meet our warranty terms, we reserve the right to deny the claim. In such cases, customers will bear the return shipping costs.
