How to claim Warranties?
Customer has to send photos/videos with the product by contacting support.
We can at our discretion ask the customer to return the item to us for inspection, if the item fails to comply our warranty policy, we have the right to deny the request and the customer has to pay for courier for shipping the item again.
PLEASE NOTE: NO BAD BEHAVIOUR, SWEARING, FOUL LANGUAGE WILL BE ALLOWED in front of any of our staff failing to do so, we will reject the warranty policy and ban the customer for purchasing again.
