Delay in Courier services - standard or express (we can email you the receipt if you require to confirm the courier service and type of service used to deliver standard or express)

Refunding the parcel because of exceeded transit times (we can create an inquiry with the couriers and give you an update)

Refunding the Parcel before we receive the item back (we can only refund once we receive the parcel back to us)

We have a 60-days return policy, which means if you decide within 60 days after receiving your item that you do not like the product you are entitled to send it back for a refund or exchange!

How to start a return process:

2. Give us your refund reason
3. For items that are faulty or damaged, or the wrong item delivered you will be eligible to get a full refund, for that we need photos and videos of the item
4. For any other reasons, get a confirmation from our support team and you will get a return address, please remember customers are liable for their shipping return costs.

When you start a return process the return window Is open only for 30 days if the product is not dispatched/sent by the customer to us, the return window will close.
