Dispatch and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: Dispatched within 1 business day.
  • Express Shipping: Enjoy faster delivery with express transit times and priority dispatch within 1 business day.
  • Priority Express Shipping: Available for selected postcodes, with delivery within 2 business days.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders will begin dispatch on the specific date mentioned in the product details.
  • Once dispatched, pre-orders follow regular transit times.

Holiday Period Delays

  • During 24th December to 2nd January, dispatch and delivery times may be delayed due to reduced workforce availability. This includes delays with express shipping services.

Remote Locations (QLD, WA, NT)

  • Shipments to remote locations may take additional time as deliveries are dispatched from Melbourne.

Shipping Details

  • Limited Free Shipping Australia-Wide:
    Metro and nearby areas as defined by Australia Post qualify for free shipping. For remote areas, we only pass on additional surcharges applied by Australia Post.

  • Reliable Shipping Partners:
    We work with Australia Post, Sendle, Couriers Please, Aramex, and Startrack to deliver your orders.

  • Remote Locations (QLD, WA, NT):
    Deliveries to these areas may experience delays as shipments are dispatched from Melbourne.

Shipping Protection

For your peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection to safeguard parcels from:

  • Theft
  • Loss during transit
  • Delivery to the wrong address

🌟 If a parcel exceeds delivery times by more than 30 business days (excluding returns to sender or incorrect/insufficient addresses), we will issue a full refund. Please note that this process requires confirmation from the courier. Allow us a few additional business days to investigate and confirm the status with the courier before processing the refund or exchange with a different courier or express (if available).

Shipping-Related Notes

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:

    • Parcels returned due to address errors will incur shipping cost deductions or re-shipment charges.
    • If a parcel is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot issue refunds or store credits.
  • Delivery Delays (Orders Not covered with shipping protection)

    • BabiesMart is not liable for courier delays. Refunds for delayed parcels are issued only if the transit time exceeds 30 business days and the courier confirms the delay.

            Change of Mind Returns – 60 Days Hassle-Free

            We understand that sometimes things don’t work out! You can return your item within 60 days for:

            🔹 Full Store Credit – Use your credit on any future purchase—it never expires!

            📌 For Change-of-Mind Returns:
            ✔ Items must be in their original condition & packaging so they’re ready for their next home.
            Opened or Used Items: If the item is returned not in resaleable condition, a small restocking fee of 15% (or a minimum of $15) may apply to cover handling costs.

            🚚 Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

            🛑 99% of Customers Do Not Incur a Restocking Fee!
            We understand that minor cosmetic damage to the box during shipping is normal and does not affect your return eligibility. The restocking fee only applies if the product has been used, missing parts, or is not in resaleable condition.

            • The item must be in original condition (unused, with all tags).

            Received a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item? We’ve Got You Covered!

            We’re so sorry if something went wrong with your order! Here’s how we can fix it:

            🕒 Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order for assessment. Claims made after this period will be handled under warranty coverage (if applicable).

            📌 Delayed Returns:

            • If a return is not tracked or dropped off within 21 days, but we’ve granted an extension, we can provide a new return label.

            Full Store Credit Option: If the delay exceeds 30 business days (confirmed by the courier), customers can choose to return the parcel for a full store credit or refund.

            ✔ A restocking fee may apply for items not in resaleable condition (minimum $15).
