Good pen, prob shud b priced a bit cheaper. Metal poles dent and bend very easily, the fabic fits very tightly onto the frame, theres a centimetre gab between the ground and the flooring cloth which makes the edges of the pen raised (good b a good or bad thing), soccer net very difficult to instal (no instructions) and the ball-pit balls easily pass through the holes making them difficult yo maintain. The balls are very overpriced and they sent me the multicoloured ones instead of ghe macron coloured ones like I ordered.
Completely wrong colour. Did not receive midnight sapphire but sky blue. A lot of the bars were bent and one plastic connector was split but all still usable, fiddly to put together even harder to pull apart if you make a mistake. Quite sturdy once assembled overall nice play pen but wish the colour was different

Playpen itself is awesome just as displayed in picture easy to put together only problem is the zipper is dodgy and no longer works only been set up for 2 days, I recommend the Manufacturer to put a bigger and better quality zipper other then that I am happy with my product

The process of putting the Play pen together was not easy at all, and unfortunately, this was amplified by there being no mention in the instructions of how to put the soccer net on, nor any reminders to put the pull up rings on. With how hard it was to force the play pen together, trying to pull it apart to attach these pieces after the fact was not easy.
Additionally, we ordered the package with the play mat and all of the information online lead us to believe the mat would fit perfectly inside, or underneath the play pen. This isn’t the case and the play pen would sit on top of the mat and slide around. We had to fold up the edges to fit snuggly under the play pen to prevent the sliding around.
It worked out in the end and we got there, and it is a quality product that our child loves in the end.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or your order number or the details to match your order (if required).

3. For items that are faulty or damaged, or the wrong item was delivered you will be eligible to get a full refund, for that we need photos and videos of the item
4. For any other reasons, get a confirmation from our support team and you will get a return address, please remember customers are liable for their shipping return costs.
Please note that returns will need to be approved before sending it back to us, and we will provide an address for the relevant return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
