For remote or regional areas, we recommend allowing an additional two business days on top of the specified AusPost timelines. This recommendation is based on our past experiences with Australia Post to account for potential delays. However, AusPost recommends adhering to the lodgement dates listed below.
Cut-off time for these dates below is end of day - 11:59 PM.

- For parcels going to NSW metro areas, the cut-off date is 11:59 PM, 17 December 2024 for standard shipping
- For regional NSW, we suggest placing your order by 11:59 PM, 15 December 2024 to ensure delivery before Christmas.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we highly encourage all customers in remote or regional areas to place their orders as early as possible to avoid any last-minute delays.
