Please note that due to logistical constraints, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for international orders. However, we do offer returns for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, and they opt for a refund instead of re-shipping, we will issue a store credit minus the shipping costs.
Additionally, if the customer prefers a refund, there will be a deduction for the re-stocking fee and shipping charges incurred when the items are returned back to us.
Please note that if a parcel is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible. In such cases, we do not issue refunds or store credit.
