Shipping Rates:
Our shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the item. Generally international shipping has limits of 2 Kg/parcel max.
Rates range from $7 to $62 AUD.
For select items that exceed the standard weight limit, additional shipping charges may apply.
Please note that if shipping rates are displayed more than $100 AUD, these incur special charges. We kindly request customers refrain from purchasing items with these rates.
The shipping rates are calculated at checkout along with duties and tax charges, you may be able to pay in your own currency which we have tried our best to implement with our store.
International Shipping: Taxes & Duties
We're committed to offering a transparent shopping experience for our international customers.

All our product prices for international shipping include both taxes and duties, ensuring no hidden costs upon delivery.
Here's a breakdown of the tax and duty rates for each destination:
These charges are guided by the couriers/carrier company, and we aim to provide 100% transparency.
However, there are exceptional cases where the duties and tax may exceed the amount indicated here. In such instances, we will reach out to the customer for the additional expense.
If the charges exceed the rates provided below, we will have to contact the customer to pay the difference in such exceptions.
However, with the many parcels we've delivered internationally, we have not yet encountered any such exception.
We remain committed to offering maximum support and transparency from our end to resolve any potential issues.

All products shipped to New Zealand are Tax & Duty Free below $1000 NZD.
To give a clearer picture: if a product is priced at $20 AUD, the tax and duties are calculated as follows: (for example for New Caledonia)
- Tax: $4 (20% of $20)
- Duties: $4 (20% of $20)
This means the total price displayed will be $28 AUD, inclusive of all charges.
Moreover, for a seamless shopping experience, you can view product prices in your local currency. For instance, customers in New Caledonia can check out in CFPF. So, a product that's $28 AUD (inclusive of tax and duties) will be displayed as approximately CFPF 2080, making the checkout process more intuitive and familiar.
