Complete Refund

  1. If the product is faulty or damaged
  2. If the product is not what is described (the color is different than described or the wrong item was delivered)
  3. You have two options either get a full refund or get an exchange of the same or similar value

Partial Refund

Partial Refund(- Shipping cost) if we pay for return shipping for this reasons, or full refund if a customer pays for return shipping.

  1. If a customer does not like the product for whatsoever reason - change of mind
  2. If the parcel has been returned to sender due to reasons such as wrong address, failed to collect or whatsoever reasons.

No Change of Mind for Promotional Period

No change of mind for purchases made during promotion period displayed added below, or items that are in clearance.

  1. Clearance - the product will be mentioned in the clearance 
  2. Promotion Period such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc. 

We do offer 60 days money back guarantee for items that are in sale, the no refund or replacement only implies to special promotion period.

  • Afterpay Day SALE: (17/08/2023 to 21/08/2023)

2022:

  • Black Friday SALE: (24/11/2022 to 29/11/2022)
  • Flash SALE: (August 24th Wednesday to September 06 Monday (Extended Till September 11 Sunday 2022)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or your order number or the details to match your order (if required).

How to start a return process:

1. Email us at customercare@babiesmart.com.auor Initiate a chat with our customer support
2. Give us your refund reason
3. For items that are faulty or damaged, or the wrong item was delivered you will be eligible to get a full refund, for that we need photos and videos of the item
4. For any other reasons, get a confirmation from our support team and you will get a return address, please remember customers are liable for their shipping return costs.

Please note that returns will need to be approved before sending it back to us, and we will provide an address for the relevant return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
