3. For items that are faulty or damaged, or the wrong item delivered you will be eligible to get a full refund, for that we need photos and videos of the item
4. For any other reasons, get a confirmation from our support team and you will get a return address, please remember customers are liable for their shipping return costs.

When you start a return process the return window Is open only for 30 days if the product is not dispatched/sent by the customer to us, the return window will close.
